What we collect
Contact form: name, email, company (optional), venue/city (optional), message, and technical metadata needed to prevent spam (IP address, submission timing). We do not ask for payment card data on this site.
Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may collect approximate location, device/browser type, pages viewed and interaction events via cookies or similar identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we process data
• Responding to project enquiries you send via the contact form (legitimate interest / contract steps).
• Securing the site against spam and abuse.
• Understanding aggregate site usage when you accept analytics cookies (consent).
Retention
Contact messages and related logs are kept only as long as needed to reply and manage the enquiry (typically up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing project or legal obligation). Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings for our GA4 property.
Sharing
We use hosting and email delivery on GoDaddy Managed WordPress for this site. Analytics data, when enabled, is processed by Google as described in Google’s privacy documentation. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including Türkiye KVKK and, where relevant, GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and withdraw analytics consent at any time via the cookie banner controls or by clearing site data. To exercise rights, email hello@lightit.co.
